After passing the sentence at the 12th of
May in 1998 – 312 O 85/98 - “liability for
Links“ the Land Court Hamburg has decided,
that as the case may be one has a
co-responsibility for the contents of the
attached links. According to the Land Court
this can be avoided by an explicit
dissociation of these contents. With these
words I dissociate myself from all contents
of the links offered on my homepage.
